The hotel is ideally located in a posh area of Kigali, near the Golf Course and in an upscale suburb, making it my favorite part of the stay. The rooms need refurbishment but offer a nice experience with an extra-large bed. The service was exceptional with a very polite and customer-focused team. The dining was a bit plain with some quality issues, affecting the value for money aspect. Overall, a decent experience with a great location and friendly service.
I stayed in a front-facing room, and the view was amazing, but the room was very expensive considering the facilities. The hotel needs a serious renovation and is currently under repainting.
